The active ingredient in Zyrtec is cetirizine. Cetirizine is used in the treatment of hay fever; urticaria and belongs to the drug class antihistamines.
Zyrtec does not contain sudafed.

it would be the sudafed that is behind the pharmacy counter. this sudafed is one of the many ingredients used to manufacture meth.
