My daughter is on cellcept for Lupus nephritis, she is not eating properly as well as smoking, will the not maintaing a proper diet and smoking be harmful to her?

Yes. Studies suggest that lupus patients who continue to smoke might be setting themselves up for more severe disease manifestations.
Having a well balanced diet is important to stay "on top" of lupus.

Yes it will. I also have lupus nephritis and found that with proper nutrition and exercise it has made me feel way better. I am not as tired and sore and I'm able to work a full day and still exercise. Unfortunately I don't smoke so I can't comment on that. Hope the info helps
