My daughter is on cellcept for Lupus nephritis, she is not eating properly as well as smoking, will the not maintaing a proper diet and smoking be harmful to her?

Yes. Studies suggest that lupus patients who continue to smoke might be setting themselves up for more severe disease manifestations.
Having a well balanced diet is important to stay "on top" of lupus.
