I have tried following a gluten free diet, but the standards here are not good to say the least, contaminated rice etc, and every food is processed that we buy. Is there now a drug on the market that will neutralise gluten before it reaches the small intestine. I'm pretty desparate. Any help would be most appreciated. Yours sincerely,

for itsmetoo2. are you saying that coconut oil may help curb the input of glutin into the system?? I don't mean to be disrectful, but buying imported goods here especially US, AUS, and UK goods are horrendously high, 100% import tax, then the mark up in the stores make it too expensive to buy any item whatsoever unless you are on a 6 figure salary, which I'm not. However if you can clarify the coco oil question, I would appreciate it. cheers, Phil

No drug that I have heard of. Now many people I have talked to use coconut oil, flour made from coconut, as in the Islands they are plentiful. Look for products imported from the US, Australia and Britian. It will take some research, but I know once you get it down it will be easier and easier. But I would really play with coconut as that may become your life saver.
