Hi i also have celiacs and it is a rough one to follow and it has to be for the rest of your life you are on the diet. There are many support groups out there for this problem. If you want to get a good book to help you get started it is Gluten Free For Dummies and it has helped me lots. Problem is my husband even though i know he has the same problem i have to make me different noodles and such and breads as when i eat his stuff the non stop crapping starts again and i turn into uber-bitch again and the crying and yelling. I do not understand why you have constipation as that is not usually a sign of celiacs has this to do with your other problem that i wish you would let me know about. Never heard of a rash either. Wow i just noticed you live in England now i really want to become friends as my mom was born and raised in Manchester till she met my dad and moved to the U.S.

chilaiditi syndrome is when the large intestine moves fro the left hand side and becomes trapped under the diaphram and in my case over the liver, it is very rare 0.025 people have this happen i think to date since 1972 im the 14 person in the world to have it, it has given me hell since may, air gets trapped in the intestine under my diaphram, and food takes 4 hours from the point of eating to get going down the track, this causes me vomitting, pain after eating, nausea, after 14 weeks of total dispear they decided to do more test, which then showed up the celiac as well, the constipation side of it is because my bowels work too slow because the large intestine is displaced, and food gets stacked up in my small intestines. I live in hertfordshire england and i agree totally that writting has become a thing of the pass. Love to stay in contact. Karen xxxx
