Unfortunately 2-6% people who take Celecoxib have the common side effect of gas, there is no way for the doc to know beforehand if you will have this side effects from a medicine that you have never tried.
You could ask you doc/pharmacist to either alter or change the dose & prescribe a med which is more acceptable to your system, take care, be well & safe.
