We live overseas without a doctor in our area. My husband has a lower respiratory infection and we have cefzil 500mg. He needs to start it, but he wants to make sure he is on schedule every 12 hours. So, he's waiting to start his first dose so the next dose is at a convenient time. Is it ok to take the first 2 doses closer together?
