Carisoprodol - does soma affect your liver and kidneys?

From the side effect profile ... there is no mention of any effects to the kidneys or liver. However, it does not mean that no interactions exist, so just be vigilant if you are taking it.

Is there a certain time period until this drug starts causing Glomerular nephritis, can 8mg a day a period of 3 month affect your kidneys or liver.
