I applied a small amount to my arm and neck for the pain associated with a fractured shoulder and herniated discs in my neck. I have used many other products but never ever had these side affects! Nothing I did relieved the burning and redness associated with applying this lotion. I am very upset and need to know how to get this burning to seize

I applied aloe cortisone and ice to relieve the burning but got no relief! Has anyone ever complained or filed a lawsuit against this company? Has anyone received relief from this product? I need to know what to do I feel like I am on fire and can't take it!

My surgeon that did the reconstruction on my thumb & wrist in April, & my husbands shoulder & wrist in Oct., told us both to use capzasin for the pain. He did say it could cause redness & pain & swelling . He told me it may take several applications to get used to it. I couldn't even tell I used anything on my wrist & my hubby said the same thing about his, plus it didn't help with the pain. I was already on oxycodone 15mg. If anything was going to help it would have. According to him your reaction is normal, & you will get used to it. The burning sensation from it is suppose to replace the pain. I thought it was a joke! Not that I don't believe you, or if I had that reaction, I probably wouldn't use it again. The only way to know is to use a very small amount & try it again.Good luck to you... Mary632009
