Your pill matches the description of Teva-Quetiapine (quetiapine) 300 mg, a generic version of Seroquel made by Teva in Canada.

Description: Each white, capsule-shaped, biconvex, film-coated tablet, engraved with "N" on one side and "300" on the other side contains quetiapine fumarate equivalent to 300 mg of quetiapine free base.
