CanI take tylenol with Ultram er 100 mg?

I have had frozen shoulder for 6 mos. With physical therapy, my range of movement is better?

but the pain is constant, especially at night. I am considering manual manipulation by my doctor. Has anyone had this done and do you recommend it?
