I recently tested positive for a small amount of opiates on a drug screen. I do not take any other drugs (other than what is listed in my question above). I was told a cd/ms drug test will be done to determine exactly what I took and how much. I didn't take any opiates so I'm a bit confused as to how they are going to tell what type of opiates I took when I didn't take anything. All I want is to clear this up. I am so upset about this whole ordeal. Has this happened to anyone else? Thanks for any help or advice in advance!

Just thought I should add that the tylenol and ibuprofin is over the counter and not prescribed.

I've been researching and found the same info. My new question is will a cd/ms drug test show it was possibly a nasal spray that caused a false positive for opiates( i believe morphine is an opiate)? I've taken the tylenol, ibuprofen and 4way nasal spray occasionally for years (the zoloft has just been prescribed for about a month now) and never had a positive drug screen for anything. Also, could it be the combination of things I've taken?
