... have new bottle of 1% Econopred Plus with the experation date of 11/06 that the seal has never been broken

Although the seal has never been broken it is still expired. Expired medicines should never be used in your eyes. Eyes are very precious.

Also, you must only use the prescribed medicine for your eyes, especially after cataract surgery.
