I am currently taking neurontin and predisone issued by the hospital but my primary doctor is on vacation and i have prescription for flexeril. Can i take them all with no side affects?

They can be taken together but you should be monitored (at least initially) while you are taking these, just to ensure that you don't have any side effects.
Flexeril (cyclobenzaprine) and Neurontin (gabapentin) have a moderate drug-drug interaction.
Central nervous system- and/or respiratory-depressant effects may be additively or synergistically increased in patients taking multiple drugs that cause these effects, especially in elderly or debilitated patients. During concomitant use of these drugs, patients should be monitored for potentially excessive or prolonged CNS and respiratory depression.
