Def. check with your Doctor first; however, if I'm having an allergic reaction or even a bad allergy my Doc. did advised me to use a Zyrtec as I can not take Benedryl do to constipation issues but it is not on a daily basis. I also have a friend who recently began using a neti pot and swears by it!
