Yes. Triaminic Thin Strips Cold and Cough do not contain any acetaminophen so it is fine to take Tylenol (acetaminophen) also.
Day Time Triaminic Thin Strips Cold & Cough contain dextromethorphan (a cough suppressant) and phenylephrine (a nasal decongestant).
Night Time Triaminic Thin Strips Cold & Cough contain diphenhydramine (an antihistamine/cough suppressant) and phenylephrine (a nasal decongestant).
