is it ok to take tylenol for fever after i have taken hydromorphone or will it make me sick ?

No, it's safe to take tylenol with hydromorphone (it does not have tylenol built into it like hydrocodone or oxycodone as normally prescribed). There is no formulation of hydromorphone that contains tylenol.
