Can you take methadone than switch to percocet? How many days should you wait in between taking one?

kcs0506, Yes you could take the percocet,but if you take it too soon (i.e. 72 hrs or sooner) you will not feel the euphoria,end up taking more and risk respiratory failure. It's a good idea to wait the full 3 days before switching to another drug. I am not a Dr., this is from personal experience and research. Good luck and take care, Julie

You will feel normal like you never took the methadone to begin with. Also it may take more than 3 days it may take even up to a week after that time is up though you will be able to feel opiates again with no problem.
