Can someone tell me is losartan better than the lisinopril? Can you take it with atenolol? My doctor wants me to start taking the losartan now.

Yes, you can take losartan with atenolol. They work by different mechanisms to lower blood pressure. When lisinopril, an angiotension converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor, causes cough as a side effect patients are changed over to angiotension II receptor antagonists such as losartan.
