My friend is bringing her 18 y/o daughter home after surgery from motorcycle accident (skin graft). The trip is hard ... she is still nauseous on the zophran and has a headache. She is also on oxycotin.

I looked through on the "Interactions Checker" and there were no warnings about taking these meds together. However, please always be on the safe side and ask your doctor if it's ok.
I hope your friends daughter recuperates quickly. That must have been terrifying for all of you!
