Clindamycin is not used to treat urinary tract infections.
Commonly used antibiotics include trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole, amoxicillin, Augmentin, doxycycline, and fluoroquinolones.
Clindamycin is not related to neosporin so you should not react to it in the same way.
