Can you take a second 20mg Cialis6 to 8 hours apart if the first one does'nt do the job completely?

If you have taken 20mg of Cialis already then you shouldn't take another dose after 6 to 8 hours.

What if one Cialis 20mg does not respond well, could it be taken double(2 pills)?
