Can you take 10 mg of loratadine twice a day, like at night and in the morning?

No, 10mg once daily is the maximum recommended daily dose.

I take loratadine twice a day when my allergies are REALLY bad. Any other time I only take the regular dosage. If you take it twice a day make sure you take it every 12 hours.
