Can you still have oral sex when taking vagifem?

I would advise you to do a little planning while using this medication. I would make sure to not use the medication for the day until after you conclude your sexual activity. If you use the vagifem at night before you are ready to sleep you should be okay to have sex the next day. It is hard to say, however, your partner may still be able to detect the medication's taste early in the AM but by afternoon or evening it should be clear. Be honest with your partner and let them know or warn them they may be able to taste the medication and give them the choice. Perhaps they can stimulate only the outer areas and not try to stimulate too deep.
