Does Eldepryl have any food interactions? I take a 5mg tablet.

It appears that a 5mg Eldepryl (seligilene) tablet taken once a day can be given safely without any dietary restrictions. A dose higher than 6mg a day requires special management of tyramine rich food to avoid a hypertensive crisis (a severe increase in blood-pressure that can lead to stroke)
