Flexeril / Cyclobenzaprine can be split. It doesn't come in an extended release format, so you don't have to worry about any special casing or layers. I'm not a doctor though, and you'll want to notify your doc of the change in dosage. I always found Flexeril to be way way to powerful for me as well.
