Discuss this with your doctor and they may give you more information. BUt I feel you shouldn't have sex right after inserting Premarin vaginal cream. After inserting it you should give it some time to work. If you have sex immediately afterwards you are bound to lose the dose.
The dose may be too small to cause harm to your husband. This dose will be further reduced if you have some time between when the cream is inserted and when you have sex.
