Hey wowcouple,
After checking the interaction checker, there are no known drug or food interactions with Amitiza. So you are probably ok to drink while on Amitiza. Though I must add that alcohol can be dehydrating and can therefore affect constipation so be sure to follow the alcohol with plenty of water to counteract any dehydration.
