I have a pt. who was d/c'd from hosptial, has a NG tube, and is NPO. The hospital staff were crushing Coreg tablet. I thought Coreg shouldn't be crushed. What to do?

Yes, it is fine to crush regular Coreg. It doesn't have a controlled release coating the the absorption profile is not affected. Coreg CR should not be crushed.
