I have a 38 years old patient who is infected to HPV. The small warts make lesions the area around 2X4cm in both sides of vaginal area under labia minors , She had 2 small warts one year ago that they are treated by Freeze , now she has a group of small warts in inferior vaginal area the maximum one is around 3 millimeters , as I know Aldra should not be used for internal but her warts are not internal but they are not completely expose , it means that Doctor can see the lesions if the patient lies down in genecology position , so the lesions are under labia minors. The PAP test has some inflamation cells.So can we use Aldara for her treatment?
