Can we take nexium one hour before meal and combine with mylanta one hour after meal ?

Yes you can ... only if you really need it. Just try the Nexium, without Mylanta for a couple of days ... give Nexium to work. If Nexium on it's own doesn't resolve the GERD then you an try taking Mylanta after meals.
