Firstly, yes, Benicar HCT and Valturna can be taken together on a doctors recommendation.

Secondly, Bystolic should not be replaced with Benicar HCT unless recommended by your doctor.
Bystolic is a beta blocker and Benicar HCT contains a water pill and a angiotensin receptor antagonist.
They both work in different ways but can be used to treat some similar conditions.
