Can tydonal with codeinc #3 case a fales nagertive results on a drug test?

Does it contain any opiaces or would it show on a urine drug test?

i need to know if i used heroine and have a urine test soon would i get away if i say i took tylenol with codeine in it

Tylenol with Codeine - my husband took 3 pills only in 1 week tylenol 4 and was drug tested 44 hours

... later will 3 pills in 1 week show up on a test
