You need to get an anti fungal cream, such as lamisil or tolfanate from a store to treat that. Those creams are where the jock itch medicine is and the tolfanate cream cleared it the fastest for me. It will take several weeks to clear it up, use the medicine until the spot is completly gone. Ring worm is highly contagious so you need to wash your hands very thoroughly after you treat the spot. The doctor will tell you to get either of those.
