I had to stop cause eye-problems and acid reflux, made it impossible, to use it any longer! And it didn't work hardly at all!!!

Yes.
Spiriva belongs to a group of drugs called anticholinergics
While dilating the airways and improving breathing they can also have many other effects on many body systems.
They can increase intraocular pressure; dangerous for people with narrow-angle glaucoma, cause blurred vision and make your eyes sensitive to light.
They can also slow down bowel movement which may result in stomach pain and can cause dyspepsia and gastric reflux.
For a comprehensive list of side-effects see: http://www.drugs.com/sfx/spiriva-side-effects.html - scroll down to effects on body systems.
