My heart rate increases rapidly if I walk or swing a golf club. My heart rate will increase from 70 to around 130 with three swings and I experience shortness of breath. It takes several minutes for my heart rate to decrease to between 95 and 100. When I stop the activity it takes hours for my heart rate to return to resting state of around 70. Has anyone experienced this.
