Trichomoniasis is a sexually transmitted disease caused by the parasite Trichomonas vaginalis.
Tindamax or metronidazole are recommended as the drugs of choice for the treatment of trichomoniasis by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Zithromax is not normally used.

... dosage, 2 tablets. She had a reaction to zithromax when she was younger. Will she be fine or should I request another script?
