My daughter started taking Othro Tri-Cycl LO and it seem to make her break out even more and was wondering if Alesse has the same effect.

It's really hard to say whether Alesse will definitely help with your daughter's acne.
Everyone reacts differently to birth control pills ... with regards to acne some people experience acne and one pill and other people see an improvement on that pill. So she'll have to try and see if it works for her.
None of the reviews in the link below mention anything about acne.
