Can taking Mucinex D ( extra strength ) be a bad choice for someone with high blood pressure ?

If your blood pressure is not controlled then yes it is definitely not advisable to use Mucinex D extra strength. And in some people whose blood pressure is controlled, extra strength Mucinex D can elevate their blood pressure.
