Can sun exposure cause an itchy rash on the exposed areas while taking Dyazide?

Yes, Dyazide can make your skin sensitive to the sun (photosensitivity).

How severe is the rash?
You may need to see your doctor for treatment if it is severe.
You may also need to change your medication.
If the rash is not severe try using a mild corticosteroid cream available from your pharmacy.
In the future, when out in the sun, cover up and apply sunscreen.
