Can someone who has had kidney stones take Red Yeast rice?

People with kidney disease should not take Red Yeast Rice. Do you get recurrent kidney stones? Is your kidney function normal?

If your kidney function is normal and you do not get recurrent kidney stones you could take Red Yeast Rice.
