I have a B12 deficiency, its as if my body doesnt produce any B12 at all. My dr told me that I need to double up on my oral B12 supplements and also, instead of me giving myself one injection a week, that I need to increase that also. He said that I should be not only taking B12 orally and in double doses, but also that I should increase my B12 injections as well. And go from one injection a week, to two or three injections a week. Is there anyone else out there that has the same issue as me and if so, is it safe to increase both my B12 orally taken and also to increase/and go from one injection per week to 2 or 3 times a week? Please, if anyone reads this and is going through the same thing I am, would you please help me. Thanks.
