Can some countries mail pain pills to the US without a perscription?

Honestly, when the pharmacy is not a certified (a certified pharmacy doesn't send out oxycontin without prescriptions, and not only that, but it's technically illegal to get scheduled drugs via web in the USA, with or without a prescription), you don't really know what it is that you're getting. Often times the pill will looks about the same, but the inscription won't be as sharp, as the mold is created from a pill vs. from the original manufactured mold. Also, if it's not cut, it might be something altogether different. Generally speaking, it's a bad idea. Your neighbor might be able to do this cause customs can only check so many things, and often don't bother with the small stuff, although the chances of being checked goes way way up when you're ordering a schedule 2, 3 or 4 drug. You have to remember that there's allot of cheaper and more potent drugs out there that it can be swapped out with.

For example, heroin is cheaper than oxycontin when you take potency into account. I honestly have no idea as to what they're cut with, but as an overall, as I said before... it really is a very bad idea...
