Can smoking percocet cause permanent damage to your throat? I had been smoking oxyCODONE, not contin, for a few months and quit about a week ag because my throat became very soar and my voice started to go away... can you do permanent damage?

I'm not sure about the throat. But it can do permanent damage to your lungs. There's so much "junk" in the oxycodone pills. You should have it checked by your doctor to be on the safe side. Happy to hear you quit! But if this doesn't go away soon, def have it checked out.
