Can smeone be taken off mellaril if they have been using it for a long time?

It may take some time to gradually taper them off but yes they can be taken off the medicine. Patient needs to be monitored by doctor regularly during this time.

Hello Louis Beaulieu. I was on Mellaril some years ago. You'll need to be on another antipsychotic,(usually always done) for it certainly helps to avoid any possible danger. good health and wishes to you,pledge
