No, Revatio isn't stronger than Viagra. Revatio is available as a 20mg tablet. Viagra comes as 25mg, 50mg and 100mg tablets.
Another important fact is that Revatio isn't actually approved for erectile dysfunction. Revatio is used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension and improve exercise capacity in men and women.
