I have read about retin-a helping younger skin , by keeping lines and wrinkles at bay. Until I went through menopause, my skin was good, but in the last five years it has really aged,a lot. So I need something to help .I can't afford plastic surgery.
Can retin-a help older skin with wrinkles and lines? I am 55?

I started using it when my "fine lines" turned into wrinkles. It does not remove the wrinkles, but it does tighten them a bit. I think it's worth it. It will make you look a few years younger, but not 20 years younger. I also think it gives the skin a more vibrant look - versus before where my skin looked a little dull.
