Can periactin with ejaculation problem?

Details:

When I have sex with my wife, I do not experience ejaculation at all, some time for two or three day. I am 56 year.

Cyproheptadine (Periactin) does not cause ejaculation problems, it is not a reported side effect, it could be due to your age factor, maybe taking to a doc would be of help.
