Can or should I take a One-A-Day Vitamin (Men's formula) along with Metanx - I take 2 Metanx tablet?

As long as you continue to take your Metanx and have a well balanced diet you should not need another vitamin supplement. However if your diet is poor a daily multi-vitamin tablet will be fine. You should discuss this with your doctor at your next visit.
