Can one overdose on Metanx? If so, what are the symptoms?

Metanx is a vitamin supplement given to manage hyperhomocysteinemia and supplement the diet. It contains methylfolate and Vitamins B6 and B12. You should not exceed the recommended dose of Metanx.
Fortunately the B vitamins are water soluble so your body will eliminate excess.
