Can not sleep. Neither vistaril or trazodone has worked. Was on ambien when needed.Any suggestion?

Im not going to be of any help here,i just wanted to say how i feel for you,as im going through the same thing,havent slept in months,and it's horrible,i too was on those and they didnt help,actually the trazodone made me anxious. right now i just take 3 tylenol pms,it helps a little,i get around 3to4 hours of sleep,but that's just not enough. Im curious to what the answers will be here,and i hope someone can help. Just wanted to say i understand,going through the same thing,and hope you find the answer here.good luck!!! T
